Ground Control's Racing Camber Caster Plates for the E85 E86 Z4M offer more camber adjustment than stock as well as caster adjustment
With aircraft-grade bearings, fully engraved with calibrated degrees, each plate is easy to use and is exceptionally strong made from billet aluminum and stainless steel reinforcements.
Every component used is anodized or plated, including the fasteners. These plates actually add additional travel to the short front shocks found on the Z4M to avoid excessive bottoming out. Stainless steel reinforcement prevents electrolysis between the steel fender and the aluminum camber plate... As always, these are a very well engineered product from GC.
The Ground Control camber plates feature two sets of bearings, a proprietary bearing, made to their specs by Aurora in the USA, which allows for articulation of the shock shaft. This spherical bearing is very under-stressed, as the Ground Control design does NOT support the weight of the car on the spherical bearing. Instead, the weight of the car is supported by a completely separate articulating needle bearing, which is also manufactured for Ground Control in the USA.
Ground Control can be seen on many street and track cars at any given event. Why?- because their products are simple, quality pieces made to get results and last under real world conditions.
The choice of countless enthusiasts, they stay in favor due to there excellent designs and honest quality commitment. Only high grade US manufacture components, like Aurora bearings, go into all GC products. We use GC extensively on our VAC built cars.
